Wireless Network (WiFi)

How I use the wireless network at Georgetown University?

There are four different wireless networks at Georgetown University, and three for everyday use by GU-Q community and visitors. Each wireless network serves a different purpose.

  • DoHoyas
This the recommended for all faculty, staff, and students of GU-Q.  It requires using your NetID username and password to login.
  • eduroam
This is a guest network that allows members of eduroam partner institutions to use their institution's usernames and passwords when visiting our campus. Visitors from Georgetown's main campus in DC and visitors from Texas A&M University (US and Education city campuses) are two example groups who can make use of this service.
  • QFLink
This is the guest network for all visitors to GU-Q. It only requires you entering an email address and agreeing to the terms of use.
