During an emergency and building evacuation, there are five Assisted Evacuation Points to help evacuate the disabled/mobility impaired personnel.

In case of a fire alarm and building evacuation, guide them to the nearest Assisted Evacuation Point and then advise the Chief Fire Warden and/or GU-Q Security Office.

 Location of Assisted Evacuation Points:

  • Second Floor – Gym Rear Fire Exit and Classroom fire exit rear of library (equipped with Evacuation Chair).
  • First Floor – Fire Exit next to Goods Lift and Classroom fire exit rear of library (equipped with Evacuation Chair)
  • Lower Ground – Loading Dock Bay (via existing ramp).
