Evelyn Azeeza Alsultany is a Professor at the University of Southern California and a scholar of contemporary Arab and Muslim American cultural politics. She is the author of several acclaimed books, most recently Broken: The Failed Promise of Muslim Inclusion (NYU Press, 2022), recognized among the year’s top scholarly works by The Chronicle of Higher Education.
