He is the author of the critically acclaimed books The Migration of Labor and Altruism and Beyond: An Economic Analysis of Transfers and Exchanges within Families and Groups.
“We are honored to have Professor Stark join Georgetown. He is one of the world’s outstanding labor economists, and his research is of global importance. But it has huge relevance for the development ambitions of this region, too,” said Dean Gerd Nonneman.
