The Impact of Global Communications on Family Values in Qatar

The purpose of this project is to examine the connections between viewer backgrounds, their perceptions of news, and the prejudices they develop against global media brands. In order to achieve this purpose, three steps will be taken. First, we will complete our survey of the literature on media, perceptions and branding. Second, and most important, we will conduct an experiment and survey the results in order to understand the relationship between these three main issues. Finally, in order to add a personalized element to the experiment, personal interviews will be conducted to better understand the subjective views behind the statistics.
